SPEAKER_03I want you if you have your Bible, open it with me to Deuteronomy 28, 1 to 14. This in my Bible says over top of 20 chapter uh 28, blessings for obedience. If you grew up in church like I did, a church like I did, they taught you that there's curses for disobedience, which there are, but they were would always be light on the blessing part. So they tell you if you drink, you know, it's gonna ruin your life. If you do drugs, it's gonna ruin your life. That's all true. You'll go to hell. True. But the Bible doesn't say just don't choose death, it says choose life that you might live. And it says in Deuteronomy 30, today I give you a choice between blessings and curses, life and death, prosperity and disaster. So life can be one disaster after another, or life can be increase and prosperity. In fact, before you even get to this, I want to show you something that was pretty awesome. Somebody wrote online uh a mean thing about me, and then uh it didn't bother me because I'm 45. I don't even have feelings left at this point. But they wrote something mean, and then what they they said, you know, they're obviously somebody that doesn't believe in healing and uh the blessing of God. So they wrote, I hope you don't get sick, Pastor, and wrote how I said that in the covenant sickness isn't a part of our portion. So don't get sick, Pastor. And uh this really spoke to me because I forgot I tweeted this. What's the date on this? June 20th, 2012. That's 14 years ago. The whole year that year, we'll we took in less money in our ministry than we'll take in this weekend, just that the church is not counting the revival meeting. So I had I actually qualified for assistance from the state of Virginia back then, and um, we I think we cleared$7,500 personally. That was me and Adallis's salary for the year. They mailed our taxes back. I and they had a letter like, please avail yourself to our medical services. I held the letter up and said, Hey Adallis, we're officially poor. I didn't realize I was poor until I read the letter. Felt pretty good. I'd have mozzarella sticks, all the marinara. I felt I felt like I was living in abundance. But back then, I wrote because I discovered it in God's word. The blood of Jesus has guaranteed me perfect health. Now, this is a part that was left out, and abundant riches. Keep that up there. Turn to 2 Corinthians chapter 8. Sounds like a strong statement, and it is a strong statement, but it's not whether it's strong or not, it's whether it's true or not. 2 Peter or 2 Corinthians 8. If you leave this out of the covenant, you you end up with a church that in no way reflects what the church is supposed to be. They have to struggle to build out an extra hundred seats in the auditorium. It takes three years of money raising and spaghetti dinners and fish fries and uh whatever. What's some other stuff? What did they do to raise money when you were growing up in church? Car washes, bake sales. You don't read about a lot of car washes in the book of Acts. You don't read about bake sales at the church in Jerusalem. You don't read about spaghetti dinners. I mean, all the stuff they have to do. Lent, you're not allowed to eat meat, you eat fish. The Catholic Church gets a cut of the fish sales from their local restaurant. It's all like organized crime. But in the Bible, you don't read like that. The Bible, there was coins, a gold coin in a fish's mouth. You know, I played it and I don't want to be negative again. I've I've I've dealt with it enough, but that pastor that said, if you teach that Jesus will hook you up with some stuff, you're teaching a false gospel. Really? Who who changed water into wine at the wedding? Who put the gold coin in the fish's mouth? Who loaded Peter's nets with fish twice? Who fed the 5,000 and a second time the 4,000? And everyone ate until full. And they collected, and in fact, when they fed 4,000, how many baskets were there? Eight? Six? No, it was twelve on five thousand, it was less on four thousand. It was less. The more there was, the more there was left over. Supernatural provision. Jesus never had a Cadillac. Very good. Neither did anyone else in the first century. But he did say, get the boats. He didn't always walk on water. I mean, if you have any economic understanding, you cannot see Jesus as a poor man. Traveling with 12 men, not counting the women that traveled, nobody lacked. Most preachers can't take one person on the road. Most preachers can't travel with their wife. The wife has to stay home to save an airline ticket. Jesus had an entourage and he asked them in Luke 22, 35, when I sent you out without personal scripture shoes, did any of you lack anything? And they said no. So the blood of Jesus has guaranteed me perfect health. This is 14 years ago. To the glory of God, I'm healthier at 45 than I was when I did that tweet at 31. I'm getting stronger as I get older. The Bible says, as your days are, so shall your strength be. And I'm going to tell you, I'm going to get in a plane today and fly to Pittsburgh that's piloted by our own pilots, everything. And I'll be in Pittsburgh to preach at 8 and 10. I couldn't get my car registered back then. I needed the brakes fixed for$311 or something and didn't have it. I was riding around with expired tags. Had to check the, I still catch myself checking the rearview mirror for the police at a red light to go make a quick turn and have to remind myself, no, uh, I'm legal now. The blood of Jesus has guaranteed me perfect health and abundant riches. No circumstance will ever cause me to lose. I bet you that day there was probably a circumstance trying to get me to lose confidence in that fact. My wife in 2015, three years later, you've heard her testimony, hemorrhaged 37% of her blood out and almost died. I said, Well, I used to be in healing. No, we're going to get you better. And she not only got better, she came out stronger than she was before the attack. You're coming out stronger today than whatever attack the enemy leveled against you. Listen to me now. You're not just going to get through the attack, you're going to come out stronger than you were before. If you believe it, can you say amen? Keep that up there. Here's what I discovered. 2 Corinthians 8, verse 1. Now I want you to know, dear brothers and sisters, what God in his kindness has done through his churches, the churches in Macedonia. They're being tested by many troubles, and they're very poor. But they're also filled with abundant joy, which is overflowed in rich generosity. For I can testify that they gave not only what they could afford, but far more. And they did it of their own free will. They begged us again and again for the privilege of sharing in the gift for the believers in Jerusalem. And even did more than we had hoped. For their first action was to give themselves to the Lord and to us, just as God wanted them to do. See, one thing when you announce you're going to preach, like if people are watching online, the title is Understanding Financial Prosperity. If any church ever deals with this, it's just our message on giving. We need to give. This is not giving. Giving is a part of prosperity. If you will see what God said belongs to you, the giving is no problem. If you see that God has said there's a blessing, there's a curse for disobeying God, and there is a blessing for obeying God. Can you say amen? Why would they beg again and again for the privilege of giving when they're very poor? There's churches like that. There's churches that if you won't take an offering, people come up with an envelope and say, You forgot to take the offering. You know why they do that? They started off giving for the work of the Lord, but now they're not giving for the work of the Lord. God will never need the help of any man to accomplish his agenda, but men will eternally need the help of God to accomplish what they what they set out to do on earth. So you start realizing when you're giving, I'm not giving to help God. My giving is helping me. God has no U.S. dollars. When you give people the impression that their giving is helping to keep churches open. Without you, we can't build a church. You know, our our budget this year is going to be around$37 million. So think of this. If Juan Soto came to our church and tithed off of his sighting bonus, it would keep our church going for 14 months. It wouldn't be while our problems are. There's no person on earth that can fund what's happening in this ministry. But God is the source. And God has the windows of heaven open over this church, pouring a blessing out that nobody can contain. Keep that up there. For I can testify they gave, they begged us again and again for the privilege of giving for the gift in the believers in Jerusalem. They did even more than we hoped, for their first action was to give themselves to the Lord and to us, just as God wanted them to do. So we have urged Titus, who encouraged your giving in the first place, to return to you and encourage you to finish this ministry of giving. Since you excel in so many ways, this is like a description of Pentecostal churches. Your faith, gifted speakers, knowledge, enthusiasm, and love, I want you also not to come behind in this area of giving. That's the churches I grew up in. They had miracles, people were baptized in the Holy Ghost, and they had trouble keeping the lights on. Because any part of the Bible you don't understand, then you don't enjoy the blessing of it. But once you understand it, my life has radically changed. When this person put that tweet up to discourage me or whatever, I thought, man, I'm glad that I found this in the Bible 14 years ago and decided I don't care what happens, I am keeping my feet rooted on the Bible. Most people miss the great blessings of God because they make the Bible line up with what's happened to them. I don't believe in healing. My aunt was sick, and we okay, I don't do that. I make my life, like they taught me singing in Sunday school, the B-I-B-L-E. Yes, that's the book for me. I stand alone on the word of God, the B-I-B-L E. The grass withers and the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. Forever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. He honors his word above his name, and he honors his name greatly. His word is unshakable. He that hears my word and doeth it is like a wise man that builds his life on a rock. The wind comes and the waves crash, and the house is still standing firm. I'm glad I refuse to let my wife's health challenge move me off of the word of God. I'm glad when we're building these churches and I've been preaching that he'll make you the lender and not the borrower. And say, well, you know, I know I used to preach that, but you know, we we need we need six million dollars. And as if God's freaked out about six million dollars. You know that I go to Las Vegas a lot, but I don't gamble. You know one of the things I like about going to Las Vegas? I like watching people under a curse spend two million dollars on blackjack. I don't play, but I can see into the high rollers room. And if I see people under a curse that can go two million on blackjack, I have a hard time believing that my God has trouble supplying all my needs, the needs of the kingdom. No, God owns all the silver and he owns all the gold. He's El Shaddai, the God of more than enough. If you know him that way, can you say a living amen? Don't turn me down a lot, but you can turn me down a little bit. I don't mind opening the ears of the deaf, but I would prefer they didn't get that way in my meeting. 2 Corinthians chapter 8, verse 8. I'm not commanding you to do this, but I'm testing how genuine your love is by comparing it with the eagerness of the other churches. So, love, say with me, love has expression. Just because you give it an offering doesn't mean God receives it. If it's done reluctantly, if it's done in response to pressure, all right, if it'll shut this guy up, let's help him build the church. God doesn't receive every offering. You know how you know that? Everyone gave. Jesus stood up by the treasury to watch what was given. Now imagine that. If Jesus was the pastor, he'd say, Unfold that check. All right. And then a lady gave and gave two mites. And he said, just so everybody knows, this woman has given more than all of you. Not because it was two pennies, because you have given a little of your excess, but she has given everything she has. Her offering was sacrifice. What sacrifice? They say when you eat bacon and eggs, the chicken gave an offering, the pig gave a sacrifice. That's the difference between offering and sacrifice. She gave everything that she had. And so Cain's offering was rejected, Abel's was received. The Bible tells you it's not just giving, it's giving out of a heart of love. I'll tell you an offering I rejected one time, and I don't reject offerings. Believe me. I was preaching in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, and this guy, his daughter brought him, and I found out he was he owned all the uh adult pornographic uh whatever stores or whatever in that area. So I didn't know that at the time, but I just watched, he was under conviction. He was watching me like this. I could tell God was dealing with his heart. When I gave the altar call, he didn't lift his hand and he didn't come to the altar. He came up after the service and he said, Preacher, I want you to know I did you did a great job. Here's$2,000. He had$2,100 bills. And this is back, that would have probably tripled my net worth. I probably had$300 in the bank. And when he handed it to me, the Lord spoke to me. He's under conviction, and he's doing this to alleviate the conviction. Like Al Capone building churches in Chicago. They feel bad, so I'm gonna do something for the Lord. There's no amount of money that you can give in exchange for your own soul. Only the blood of Jesus can ransom someone's soul. Don't take the money, leave him under conviction. All right. I said, sir, I'm not taking this money. I said, you're under conviction, and you can't buy God off. You might be able to buy police off or whoever else, but you can't deal with God that way. And so, see, he wasn't given with the right motive. He was given to so you can go home. I helped that preacher. And I said, uh, he said, Well, I'm not taking it back. I said, then it will stay on the floor. And I left and he bent down and picked it back up. I had a feeling he would do that. But with see, and then even back then, that was 2011. When you show God, there's an old preacher that said, When everything means nothing to you, God will give you everything. When you show God that you can walk, when money only has a place in your hand and not your heart, then God, and that's what the tithe is, the tithe is a weekly, bi-weekly, whenever whenever you get paid, test of whether you remember who your source is. And as long as you keep showing God, 10%'s not yours, everything I have, including my eyesight and my hand I use to write the check. You gave it to me, and I give you back what you asked for to show you I have not forgotten who my source is. Then you qualify for the open windows of heaven. I see you qualifying for the open windows of heaven today. In Jesus' name. Now here's the blood part. Verse 9. You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. That though he was very rich in heaven, for your sakes he became very poor. Filth of the earth, born in a cow's feeding trough, a manger. That by his, for what reason? He not only bore our sicknesses, he bore our poverty. That by his poverty you might be made. Oh yeah, maybe we should put the scriptures up. That by his poverty you might be made what? Yeah. So actually put the scripture up so people can see it. 2 Corinthians 8.9. KJV. For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. That though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye, everybody say me. Ye is me. Ye is plural me. That you all, through his poverty, might be made rich. So one of the errors when people developed full gospel doctrine after Azusa Street is they realized that the blood of Jesus was not just for your sin, it was for your sickness. By his stripes ye are. But they missed the part that also on his death, they treated it as an extra, yes, God can bless, but it wasn't a core doctrine. But along with healing, the Bible says, among other things, the blood was shed on the cross. Now, the only way you can interpret this and say it doesn't mean money is to say that no, this is what those this means spiritual riches. Then it would also have to mean spiritual poverty, and Jesus was never spiritually poor. He never left, he was never spiritually rich and then became spiritually poor, so that by his poverty you could become spiritually rich. But he did become stripped of his garments, nailed on a cross naked, and the Bible says that accomplished our prosperity. Do you have, I can't remember whether I texted this to you or not. Did do you have the um income breakdown by religion? Okay, go ahead and grab it and take your time. I thought, I thought I sent it, but I think I just sent all the other stuff. So this is what the Bible says. Now let's go to another scripture. Go go further down, 2 Corinthians 9, verses 8 through 11. Do amplified classic if you would. So that's 8-9. This is 9-8. And obviously it's in context where he's actually writing back to the church in Corinth that the Macedonians made a fool out of you. They're very poor and going through hard times, and they gave. And when I came here, the Corinth was the richest seaport in the Roman Empire, and they gave nothing. So rich, what people give. Does anybody have people in your family that aren't that are poor, but they're very generous? You go over to their house, they get well fed, they like feeding you, they like helping you out. Does anybody have anybody in your family that's rich and they might as well have 10 bucks in their name, nobody sees a dollar of it? So generosity has nothing to do with being rich. And when people say, well, one day when I win the lottery, I'm gonna give. No, you won't. You'll barricade yourself in your house so your cousins don't get over. There's a breakthrough that has to take place on the inside to access this. And God is able to make all grace. Now, all of you read what's in parentheses there. Every favor and every favor in what kind of blessing? That's what the word says. So that you may always and under all circumstances, and whatever the need be, self-sufficient, possessing enough to require no aid or support, and furnished how? That's you, not the church. You furnished in abundance for what for what? Every what? What does every good work mean? Now, if you're not interested in helping people, this message, you might as well just go to brunch. But if you want, prosperity is not God meeting your needs, that's survival. Prosperity is you being empowered by God to be a blessing to a hurting world. Now think of this. You know, um, Pastor Russell Johnson, they asked him to guest teach at a university, a Christian university in Washington. And one of the students, it was the business program, they said, How much does your church give to the city? With all the millions you take in, what do you do? What do you actually give to the city to help people? Pastor Russell said, zero, and if I could, I would give less than that. Because people are still stupid thinking that money that gets dumped into programs ever finds its way to the people. We just found out in Minnesota, Seattle, California, now it's going worldwide, that there's no shortage of money. It gets pumped into hands that never get to the poor. Fake daycare centers, fake everything, back to the senators. But God doesn't want the wicked won't do it. The church is here to be a solution center to the needs of this world. And I see you taking that place in Jesus' name. Let me see uh back one, nine, eight. Back back before that slide. Everybody say, furnished in abundance for every good work. Now, what does riches that the Bible says belong to you? It doesn't say that by his poverty your needs would be met. It says that by his poverty you'd be made rich. Ask the owner of Chick-fil-A whether this is real or not. Closed Sunday. No 24-hour restaurants. There's tons of 24-hour McDonald's and Wendy's and Burking. There's none open past 10 because Christians go to sleep early. And then they're closed Sunday. One of the days where everybody's looking for chicken. Has anybody ever pulled into a Chick-fil-A on Sunday before and been like, man, there's no one in line. This is great. Son of a gun. Closed an extra day a week and tithes off the money. And they are by far the richest fast food establishment in America. It's not even close. They're up to like 5.1 million per franchise. Next closest is McDonald's at like 2.3. I think one might be at 3.1. No one's close. Because there's a blessing. Ask Hobby Lobby. Family owned. No investors. They tithe. This blessing, the Bible says, when God's To Abraham. This is an eternal covenant. And the Bible says one that's a Jew is not one that's one outwardly, but one inwardly. That the Gentiles have been graphed into that covenant. God's word will work for anyone who decides to work it. So this is one example what you can do when you have riches. And if this doesn't interest you, then we're not going to get along. We're not going to fight. But we're there's no point in being together because we don't agree. If you don't like helping people and blessing people, and you see some kind of virtue and poverty, I've been poor. There's nothing holy about it. It's not fun. There's extra fighting in the house. Did you use the red master card? I told you not to use that card.
unknownRight, yeah, right.
SPEAKER_03Was that a word of knowledge? But when there's overflow, when God anoints your head with oil and your cup overflows, you're not wondering how you're going to make it to the end of the month. You have eyes for who to bless. I was preaching in South Carolina. You know, who knows? Maybe this is one of the things that broke the meeting open. I wasn't doing it for that reason. I was just flowing, feeling good in the anointing. And I was walking from the back of the auditorium to the front, and a young lady had come to the altar to get saved. And she was holding a baby. And when I looked at her, I knew in my spirit two things. I said, Miss, you received advice to not carry that child to term. People told you to get rid of that baby. You're not ready to take care of it. And you disobeyed them and had the baby. And because you did that, the Lord wants you to know He saw that and heard them say, You don't have enough, and He's gonna see to it that you have more than enough. I said, Do you live at home or do you have your own place? She said, I have my own place. I said, What's the rent? She told me. I said, That rent is paid beginning in March for the next 12 months. And she began to rejoice. See, if I was a normal evangelist, I need money. I I need I need I need help. We're doing this. I'm in the middle of building the church. But I gotta pay so much money at this point. What difference does it make? So while I was at it, the pastor has to work a full-time job. Just started the church. Nothing wrong with it. But I uh I kind of felt like there was something wrong with it. Church is growing. I said, uh I found out from one of his board members what he would need to live in that area. And I said, I'm gonna send, what did I say I was gonna send? 60,000 over the next 12, I'm gonna add 60,000 for your salary. And I said, then I know other people are gonna step up where you can have like a good a good living wage, but I'm gonna start sending 5,000 a month. He thanked me after. I said, if it comes down to my last 60,000, I'm screwed anyway. So why try to hold on to what isn't enough when you can sow it and it becomes more than enough? Can't you say amen? Here's the lady in South Carolina. I blurred her out to protect her dick. Let me see your one hand. God's gonna help you with a place to live and income. Pause it real quick. Now think of this. That was the word of the Lord. God's gonna help you with income and a place to live. But then the Bible says in James, if you have two jackets and someone else doesn't have a coat, how can you say, God bless you, stay warm? If you do that, how does that man have the love of God? So I can't have what I have, and the Lord speaks to me. Someone's gonna help you. Amen. Oh Lord, wherever they are, God's gonna, they're right, there's you. Go ahead. And because you listen to God and have the child, the Lord's gonna take care of you and the child. In Jesus' name. Praise God. Pause it. The Lord, the Lord's gonna do it, but He's the head, who's the body? Yeah, we are, and then if you want to get rich, change it. Say I am and then just start treating things like nobody else is gonna get involved. See, if you want to be an inactive failure in Christianity, always be concerned what everybody else is doing. We can't. I've tried to get all of the pastors in this area praying and they won't pray. I've tried to start prayer groups and no Christians will show up. What how big was Daniel's prayer group? How big? Just him. And the sorcerer said, if you can't get that guy to stop praying, we can't do anything that we're doing. And they never did. And him, by his own spiritual power given to him by God, overthrew the wickedness of the Babylonian Empire. People are free to do what they want, people are free to not do what they want. But I'm going to carry out God's agenda on this earth by his power. And if people get inspired and want to come along, great. But David did not take Goliath down as a team effort. There has to come a time in your Christianity where you say, whether everybody's with me or everybody's against me, I'm going to do what God's called the church to do. I'm going to give my life to the building of the kingdom of God. And when you do that, God will back you with all the resources of heaven. Go ahead. Praise the Lord. Oh, that was it? You cut the part off where I said how much we were going to give? And then she fell out? That would make for a much better video. Isn't there a part where that happened? Did we run out of tape? The girl, I mean, we have her blurred out, so you want to know anyway. She fell out. Not under the spirit, just collapsed. We had to make sure the baby was okay. Her biggest worry alleviated by God. Now, what do you think? Do you think, let me ask you a question now. Can you foresee any circumstance where 10 years from now, I'm sitting on a porch going, I wish I had that$14,000 back that I gave to that woman in South Carolina for an apartment. No chance. That won't even gas up that plane one time. But what you make happen for others, God makes happen for you. When I was preaching at that big church in Nigeria in January, there was a pastor from Pakistan. He said, Did you know last week we felt to start a church in Florida? And a businessman gave us a beautiful home in Florida. They were blown, they weren't bragging, they were like stunned. Showing me on the camera, they gave it to us. We own nothing, it's ours. We don't know how it happened. I said, How many people at your church in Pakistan that had no homes did you help get homes? I didn't know. I just I know how seed time and harvest works. Oh, thousands. I said, mystery solved. What you make happen for others. When God speaks to you about a seed, what does the Bible say? It's more blessed to receive than give? No. It's more blessed to than to. So the blessing stays with the giver. That alleviated one of her needs. And then what'll happen? She can't pay it. But then what'll happen is something I can't pay. Like a church. I don't have 12 million in the bank. But when I sow to what I can help, then God will cause that thing to happen to me. If you weren't here last week, I'm flying kind of high. Anybody ever seen my wife Adolf's before? She came up to me Monday. I don't know if she just finished um devotions or what, but she had this extra Puerto Ricanness to her. She walked over in her high heels, even though we're just in the house. Leopard print bandana, the whole thing. She went, let me tell you something. God is gonna give us the money for that church quickly. And he's gonna refund all the money that we've spent. Now we're not in need, but I guess she just got, I don't know what. She said, I've told the Lord I want a million dollars by the end of this week. I reminded him of what we've sown. I told him that there's a hundredfold return. Go ahead and clip it and put it on protostia. I don't care. This is what happened. And there are people in the Bible that put a demand on what God said belonged to them, and God honored it. That was on Monday. Friday, we get a call from a couple in another state. If Jonathan will come here to our house, we have a million dollars for him that we want to give him. I never said any of that that Adela said. She didn't say, I want a million. She said, I want a million by the end of the week. Friday we get the call. Saturday I preached here, got in the plane, flew out to that family. You got the picture? Went and talked with them. Super nice family, blocked everything out for their uh their safety, and went and picked up that million and it cleared. And there's what Adela said, that's one, and there's gonna be more. Because we are gonna show, they're not gonna throw, listen now, they're not gonna throw up casinos on the Las Vegas Strip in 12 months and never blink an eye. And the church takes 20 years to build a building to worship God. The wealth of the wicked is laid up for the just and it's flowing into the people of God's hands in Jesus' name. If you know you're gonna be a part of that, can you say amen? So now you're excited, but you can't run on excitement. You have to run on the foundation of seeing it in God's word. You could never convince me, you've heard me preach on it a million times. You can't tell me we all sin every day. I won't receive it. Because Romans 6, 1 to 14 says, sin will not have dominion over me. I'm dead to sin and I have power over sin by the grace of God. You cannot get me to say we all get sick. Because the Bible says he took, I see it in the Bible. Many times, and when you're a baby Christian, there's nothing wrong with it. They substitute prayer for knowledge. You don't know, can you pray for me? I know people get healed in your meeting and you pray. I can do it, and God will heal you. But if you don't fortify your shield of faith with your own word, the same devil that got in the first time will get in the second time. But when you learn the word and fortify your shield of faith, you close the door permanently on every attack of the devil. I saw June 30th, 2012. I will not be sick, I will not be broke, and God has carried out his word. Can you say amen? Hallelujah. So I want to teach you some word. Let me see that um backslidden pastor video that I sang. Listen to this now. I'm gonna show you what the problem is. This is last Sunday. Go ahead, play the video.
SPEAKER_02So, why do we still go to church? Besides the fact that we started one, and I guess we should show up.
SPEAKER_03Pause. Just quit. That's why you go to church. We started one, I guess you should show up. Now listen to this. This is a problem in the West. The undermining of God's word. The second you start to pick the parts you like and don't like, you are breaking the foundation of. Everything, you know, well, that's in the Old Testament. Who cares? God didn't talk that much about homosexuality in the New Testament. Yeah, how many times do you want Him to bring it up? It's established in the Old Testament. What do you want to say? God didn't talk that much about murder. God didn't talk about cocaine in the New Testament. God expected you to use your little brain every once in a while. Can you say amen? Now listen to this. This guy is actually coming out and saying how people actually feel on the inside that are in Christian leadership. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_02For me, as I may have just given away, uh, I'm a little bit uncomfortable with spirituality.
SPEAKER_03He's the pastor. Wait, wait, start it over again. When he says miracles, I'm like, okay, he's a cessationist, so he doesn't believe miracles happen today. He's not talking about today. He's talking about he doesn't believe that there's any miracles. He doesn't believe in Noah's Ark. He's the pastor. Go ahead and let me hear his estrogen dripping voice again. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_02Why do we still go to church? Besides the fact that we started one, and I guess we should show it. Um for me, uh, as I may have to.
SPEAKER_03Pause it. I'm I don't I won't keep interrupting, but uh, my blood pressure's going up. You know, this is why the Bible says to keep a close watch on yourself and what you teach and how you live. If something like that comes out of your mouth, the Bible says, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. As a pastor, you're not called to go up and sit on a stool and have a little debate with your own unbelief. Timothy, focus on reading the scriptures till I get back. Preach the word, the word of God. Settle in your heart what the Bible says, know what it says. Because why I'm ticked off is it doesn't just affect him. You're an 11-year-old sitting in that service. What are you gonna do when you go to public school and they start mocking the Bible? Yeah, my pastor agrees. You send people to hell by your unbelief, and you pull people from the fires of hell by your strong faith in God's word. This is a church that will pull many out of the fires of hell because we don't mock the Bible. We don't wonder about the Bible. We believe God's word, we speak God's word, and we have the power of God's word. Someone put duct tape over my mouth and let's play it again. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_02So, why do we still go to church? Besides the fact that we started one, and I guess we should show up. Um for me, uh, as I may have just given away, uh, I'm a little bit uncomfortable with spirituality, uh, with miracles, with God supernaturally intervening. And when I say I'm a little bit uncomfortable, I might not even believe that it happened. Which is probably a big counter for you to hear for me on Sunday as a guy who doesn't church. So if I don't believe in that, for instance, I'm not I'm not someone who believes that, you know, no Zark was a real day. So if I don't believe in that, why am I so here? Sunday morning at 8.05 when I'm crawling under the stage looking at the cables. I ask myself that question sometimes. But I have uh what I think is a really good answer. Reason number one, I like the fact that Christianity is a code that teaches me what I think is like maybe the best way to live, the best way to interact with the world, the best way to treat people. Um I still find a ton of value in it.
SPEAKER_03Now, all he did, just real quick ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, five, five, one, two, three, four, five, six. I see clouds. I see flowers. Does anybody have some zin? No, just kidding. Um all he's doing is saying what most people would say privately that are in the ministry, unfortunately, or many would say that are in the ministry. They doubt miracles, they don't believe in prosperity. What about healing? Uh not really. Power over sin? No, we all sin every day. Okay. You start taking blocks out. If you start choosing, the Bible is not a buffet that you go and take some of the yellow, some of the rice, some of the meat, leave the bananas, leave the lettuce, not in the mood for salad, don't like bacon. You have to take it from Genesis 1 to Revelation 22. Whether you like it or not, whether culture likes it or not. Because if you don't, where he is is the logical end of everybody that starts making the Bible line up with their mind. See, what people don't realize in Canada, in much of the United States, in Europe, people have elevated their mind above the Word of God. If I can't figure out how the Red Sea will part, then I don't believe in the parting of the Red Sea. If I can't figure out Noah's Ark, then I don't believe. First of all, how do you not believe in Noah's Ark? You can look at it by satellite technology lodged into the exact mountain where the Bible says, How do you deal? You don't believe in miracles? How did Jesus rise from the dead? The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not something we choose to believe, it is the most documented fact of ancient history. The Bible is true. Let every man be a liar. God's word is true. Let me see that picture of me praying for Dana. The lady that had cancer in uh California. When their husband asked me to pray, I have a brain like everybody else. My mind's yelling at me. She's a goner. She's under a hundred pounds. She can't digest food. They said the cancer is so big they can't even cut it out, and it's intertwined through her whole body. What are you doing? Then you see the doctors and nurses peeking in, and you can tell they're thinking the same thing. Oh, this is the stage of grief called denial, and they'll call a pastor to help. I don't go by my head. I don't make the Bible come down to my head. I make my head come up to the Bible. God's wisdom, God's ways are higher than my ways. And I refuse. I'm not trompeting to what my parents believe. I'm telling you today, if you'll do this thing that I'm saying, thank God for my parents, thank God for my family, thank God for my pastors, anybody. I have no allegiance to my culture, to a denomination, to family that's greater than the word of God. I believe God's word. You can take everything. You will not take my belief from the beginning to the end. I believe in a holy God who's eternal, who created the earth with the breath of his mouth and breathed that word alive in me. I believe in Jesus, born of a virgin, came into the flesh so that he could come to this earth, lived a sinless life, died on the cross, took my sicknesses, bore my disease, bore my pain, ascended into heaven, never to die again, coming back again to touchdown on the Mount of Olives, to split it in half. I believe the word. I believe it. I believe the whole thing. I believe that they'll lay their hands on the sick and they'll recover. So you know all I was saying? She can't hear me quoting verses. I was quoting verses to shut my head up. How's that gonna work? Father, thank you that you said every city you go to and preach, heal their sick. You said you give us authority over all sickness and all disease. The power of God flows on faith-filled, scripture-backed words. When you feel weak, when you feel like you're not gonna make it, when you don't know what to do, don't say how you feel. Say how what you believe. Say God's word, speak God's word. There's a power that's released when you choose to say, I believe God, it shall be just as He said. You bore her sicknesses. I believe you, God. That's why I'm here with a doctor and a nurse looking at me like I'm a moron. But I don't care, I believe you. Take her up off the bed. Let me see now. Yes, let me see Christmas. Yes, because God's word never fails. God is too faithful to fail. He will never allow you to stand on his word and be put to shame. Say it so the devil can hear you. I believe the word.
unknownI believe the word.
SPEAKER_03So then you were asked with the question. I thought this was understanding financial prosperity. Is it a Western gospel to add in? That God will supernaturally abundantly supply his church? Did we add it in? It's nowhere in the Bible. Is it made up in America and doesn't work anywhere else in the world? If it is, I'll quit. Or is it in the Bible? Like once or twice? Is it an American gospel? Was Abraham from Washington, D.C.? Was Isaac from Brooklyn? Was Jacob from Indianapolis? It works everywhere. Got that girl off of prostitution with me speaking AI farsi. If you get the word out, it's a delivering word. And it won't deliver part of you. It'll deliver your mind from depression. It'll deliver your body from terminal illness. It'll deliver your bloodstream from addiction. It'll ransom your soul from death. And brother, it'll put an overflow of supply to do what God's called you to do without having to beg, borrow, go to the loan office. It's the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It's his covenant promised to you. You can have what the Bible says. 2 Corinthians 9.8. Amplified classic. Praise God. I think I'm coming back next time. What am I doing next Saturday? Everybody say I'm all in. That pastor came up to me Wednesday. Can we extend the meeting? And that was when it was at 400 something. This is supernatural. My daughter's birthday is Tuesday. So tough luck for me. And that what not what I'm doing is, then I remembered I got a plane. So you know what I chose? Both. I'm gonna fly down and preach Monday, come back Tuesday, take her to school, pick her up from school, stay straight till dinner time. I don't have to leave my house in Pittsburgh to go preach in South Carolina till 5 45 p.m. And so I can do both because God, if you put him first, all the other things, the desires of your heart, God has a way of getting it to you. You know, when I went to the hangar, I I had a little altercation with somebody this week. Because I could tell at the at the thing where I pay money. They found that I was a pastor and they were talking down to me. So I said a lot of things that I'm not going to say in this mic. I didn't curse. But I was strong. Thought, you know, then they all do what they all do. Thought you were a Christian. I said, I am. That's why you're not on your back gurgling. But I told him. I said, don't tell me that you talk to the head of Allegheny Healthcare Network, CEO, like you're talking to me. You know what he told me? The guy at the place, I will get into it. Ticked me off. The pilot, when I got on the plane, Aziel from the Dominican Republic, super good guy. He goes, uh, he's the one that helped lead that the Iranian pilot to the Lord. They were both coming to church. His mom's a Pentecostal pastor in the Dominican Republic. So this this guy, he goes, uh, when I got on the plane, I wasn't gonna come home. And Aziel goes, You want to come home tonight and see Adonis after you're done preaching? I said, No, I'll stay down here. He said, It's only 58 minutes. Well, I didn't, I guess I haven't looked at a globe in a long time. I didn't realize I was that close to South Carolina. So I said, All right, I'll come back tonight and surprise my wife. So he tells the pilot, or he tells the ground crew guy that helps with the bags. And we tip him$200 every time he loads and unloads. Nobody else tips. They actually wrote a letter. He wrote a letter thanking us for how kindly we treat him. But I guarantee you found out I was a pastor, he didn't like me having a jet. Because there's one group of person, people that can't have a jet. You got people all over the internet mad at preachers that have jets that don't care that Jeffrey Epstein had one. It's okay for him to have one to traffic children, but I'm supposed to be ashamed to use it to start churches. How do you think I'm gonna pastor in Arizona, California, Texas, and Pittsburgh on a bicycle? So he said, so Azia leans out the window, he said, we're gonna come back tonight. I don't have enough room in the hangar. I'm gonna have to move the planes around. So I left it, you know, whatever. You two sorted out. Then he starts texting the pilot. This will be the last time that I allow you to come back after midnight. So I said, Let me see your phone. This is Jonathan Shuttlesworth. And then I texted some things in a way that if it was read in court, I would be okay with it. And then he didn't apologize. And so when we came back, he wanted to unload our bags, and I had enough. And I went over to him and I said, Let me ask you a question, sir. Are you coming back late? I said, you know the reason people have their own planes? So they can come back late. So that if I want to go see my wife and I said, let me ask you a question, sir. Am I supposed to have a night away from my wife and daughter because you don't want to work later? We only have two employees. I said, Am I the boss of this company? Did I choose to only hire two employees? These are conversations you should have with your boss. And I said, Don't tell me that you would talk to the CEO of any of these other planes like this. I said, You should be ashamed of yourself. And I'm not ashamed of myself because I haven't hit you or committed any crime or cursed. But I'm out of fruit of the spirit now. All nine have fallen off the tree. You knocked them all off. And I and I said, I said, don't tell me that you would talk to an I said, you know what I think? I said, are you from Washington County? Yeah, I said, so am I. I said, if my pilot wasn't brown skinned, I wonder if you'd talk to him like that. I said, I'm starting to think you're a racist. He went, I'm not a racist, don't call me that. I said, You're a hillbilly racist. And I said, if you say you're not, tell me another pilot that you've talked to like this here, and told him you're not gonna let him land. I said, Who are you? You're a baggage handler, and I've treated you well, and you wrote a letter that you treated me well. Don't tell me I can't see my wife and daughter. So I just wanted to suck all the joy out of the service today. But you know what I'm telling you? I guarantee, and and he got formally warned. I had Patrick call. They told him to clear out uh anytime I'm there, they warned him, we are a 24-hour FPR. Everything he was saying was wrong. We're not a 24, he said, we're not a 24-hour FPR. I said, then why aren't we having this conversation at one in the morning? And I'm wasting time talking to you when I could be home with my wife and daughter. Do you know why I'm telling you this? Two reasons. One, it feels good to get it off my chest. Number two, because if you want to be blessed, the world is okay with the world being blessed. You've never heard one person and you never will say, Why do the Arizona Diamondbacks need a state every spring training and wanting to play regular season? What do they need all that money for? Don't they already have Chase Field? Now they gotta build a spring training place to waste the resources. Causes traffic. Nope. They celebrate it. But if you build a church, and when it's all said and done, we'll have a massive one in Phoenix, Arizona. Full of people, praising God. They complain about the traffic, they complain about unemployment, they complain about how much money they've spent. But the wicked can grind their teeth in rage. The blessing of Abraham belongs to those that are in Christ Jesus. If you receive that blessing, can you say a big amen? You be seated briefly. When you, when you when your father gives you a coat of many colors, your brothers don't like it. So you're gonna have to make a if you want prosperity. Let me Google my name, see what people say about me. Let me see Psalm 112, 1 to 3. Psalm 112, 1 to 3. Praise the Lord. Blessed. What does blessed mean in the original language? Happy. Everybody say happy. Fortunate. To be envied. When you walk with God, it should make people desire your life. Remember when Charlie Kirk got shot, and I told you that week my cousin gave his life to the Lord and started calling my mom and me. So he didn't say, Well, I want to get right with God, but I definitely don't want to live like them. No, first person he called was my mother. Second person he called was me. I see your marriage is whole. I see your child serve the Lord, and you have a great relationship. There should be something that's desirable that makes the world. Christians are not to be pitied by the world, they're to be envied by the world. And I see you taking that place in Jesus' name. Verse 2. His spiritual offspring shall be mighty on the earth. The generation of the upright shall be blessed. Three, prosperity and welfare are in his house. Let me see NLT. Wealth and riches will be in his house. They themselves will be wealthy, and their good deeds will last forever. Let me see King James. Wealth and riches will be in his house. They themselves will be wealthy. There's nowhere the Bible teaches you. These people tell you that if you serve God, He'll make you rich. Yeah, it's right there, dum-dum. You don't have to interpret that. That's what it says. Let me see verse 10. The wicked. So if you're not okay with this part, then you're not gonna get it. That's what the Bible means when it says, if you're willing and obedient, you'll eat the good of the land. Now, let me ask you a question. When that girl with the baby came home, do you have the rest of the clip or not yet? Okay, I'll leave it. When that girl came home with her baby, to tell the people that told her to abort that baby because she doesn't have enough money and said, the pastor at that church told me he's gonna pay my rent. Do you think they're gonna, well, praise the Lord, we were wrong. No? They'll start making up stuff. You know? We'll see whether the check comes or not. That's what happened to that Bishop Johnson, Johnson Shuttleworth lady in my meeting. I called out this woman that was wearing a name tag, and I thought to myself, it's wrong for this woman to be this old working all day. So I'm gonna pay her whatever she makes so she can just be an old lady at home. Not on her feet ten hours a day. That was the Lord. I don't care. You know, that's why I say it in the service. It's not to brag it so I don't change my mind when my blood pressure goes back down. I said, I'm gonna give you a thousand dollars and I'm gonna send you a thousand dollars every month until you go home to be with the Lord. You don't have that one, do you? Ready? Now check this out. She said, because you might not speak Missouri, she said, when I told Holy Ghost-filled people that the pastor said he's gonna give me a thousand a month, they said you'll never see it. Sadly, with a lot of guys, she's right. But she said, when they came, I carry a photocopy of the check around to show them. And her 50-year-old son that wouldn't go to church, when he saw that I sent the money, went to church and gave his life to the Lord. So you, by the blessing, can undo the bad experiences of other people. I see you doing that. Every bad Christian that's been set in people's paths, the goodness that flows through your life, will undo it in Jesus' name. Go ahead, watch this.
SPEAKER_04Hey, Pastor Jonathan Shuttleworth, this is Sister Diana Miller from Illinois.
SPEAKER_03She gave me a black bishop name. I went from Jonathan Shuttlesworth to Jonathan Shuttleworth. I like it. Go ahead from the beginning.
SPEAKER_04Hey, Pastor Jonathan Shuttleworth, this is Sister Diana Miller from Alton, Illinois. The lady you blessed with$1,000 every month. You said until Jesus come, but I said to the rapture, because I've been. That is when Jesus comes. I just want to tell you I appreciate it. I love you. You don't know how it has changed my life. It has opened up so many doors. I don't want to start crying, but even a lot of saints, sanctified Holy Ghost people didn't even believe it. But that's why I made a copy of the check and I've been sharing it everywhere. And didn't even have started my son that was 50 years old, that I 54 years old, that I couldn't even get to go to church. But because you gave me that blessing, he's been going to church because he appreciated what the man of God did for his mother. And he's been watching you on YouTube. To God be the glory.
SPEAKER_03I like that lady. When I was preaching in Kentucky, she was in the meeting with her son sitting next to her, drove all the way down from Alton, Illinois. I said, I want to say thank you. And she grabbed me when I walked by her. Thanks again. I forgot. I said, Who are you? I gave that because the Holy Ghost said to it. No white guilt. I don't have any guilt. I feel good. Bless white people, black people. I'll yell at you if you're white blackers. It won't make any difference to me. If you're wrong, I don't like you. If you're right, Jesus likes you. I want to bless people. Can you say amen? This message today is to see you blessed. I mean blessed. I mean so blessed that people get their shorts in a knot. All the people that thought they they knew how high you should rise are going to get disappointed by how God, how high God takes you. Where you are now is not where you're standing. If you're low right now, you're coming out of the pit. If you're doing okay right now, you're gonna go to another level. And if you're rich like Solomon was, God's gonna show you a new level of riches because this is the hour of increase for the people of God. If you receive it one more time, clap your hands and give the Lord. Yeah, go ahead and praise him a little bit. Praise Him ahead of time. Praise Him in the sanctuary, praise Him for His goodness, praise Him for His favor, praise Him for His healing, praise Him for His provision, praise Him for His mighty acts. Every economic battle you've had to fight, your children will never know those battles. Because today, poverty is getting cleared out of your family for good in Jesus' name. If you believe it, shout I receive it. Alright. I want to show you a discovery now. Deuteronomy 28, verse 38. NLT, you can do. Please remember when we read this, there's no causative form in the original Hebrew. You can look that up in the Robert A. Young thing. That's why it keeps altering from the Lord will send and the Lord will allow. It's not God will send these problems, it's God will allow them. Just like if you stand in an ocean, God will allow you to get wet. By where you've chosen to stand against God, the Bible's telling you all these curses will come upon you. Now, what are the curses? You will plant much but harvest little. It means you work hard and have nothing to show for it. For locusts will eat your crops. Now, think of this. Most people in America, according to studies, are not poor because they don't work or they're lazy. They're called the working poor. They work 50 hours a week and they don't have more than$200 in the bank account. Why? Why if you talk to them? You know? You don't have to talk to them. I just could remember from me. You just start to get ahead, brakes on your car go. Get enough to fix the brakes on the car, the air conditioning goes. Which, if you live in New Hampshire and your air conditioning goes, you can tough it out. If your air conditioning goes in Arizona, you're gonna die. Get that fixed. Locust, eat your crops. When you're out in front of the blessing, there's always something nipping at your money. 39. You will plant vineyards and care for them, but you will not drink the wine or eat the grapes, for worms will destroy the vines. 40. You will grow olive trees throughout your land, but you'll never use the olive oil, for the fruit will drop before it ripens. 41. You will have sons and daughters, but you'll lose them, for they'll be led away into captivity. This isn't economic, but don't just think about slavery, although that works too. All over the world, there's more slavery today than there was at any point in history. There's plate there's countries in the Middle East that you can go on Instagram and choose slaves at a slave auction on Instagram. Or different apps. It's happening now the worst it ever did. But then think about in America. Think about losing your children as captives to heroin or fentanyl. You'll watch part of the curse. The blessing is you'll train up a child in the way they should go, and when they grow up, they won't depart from it. The curse is you'll watch your sweet daughter and your sweet son get carried away as captive to something if the blessing is not in your house. Everybody say, I'm not under the curse. 42, but I'm showing you what you're not under, so you resist it. Swarms of insects will destroy your trees and crops. 43. The foreigner living among you will become stronger and stronger. Well, you become weaker and weaker. That's what's happening in Canada, England, and Europe. That's what was going to happen here. And it's not, I'm not talking about Mexico. Because when if we keep reading, it says, you'll serve a God whose ancestors you did not know. A harsh nation. That's what Islam. Islam was the manifestation of that coming into countries, and that's why it's being repelled during this revival. Islam will never find a home in Arizona. Islam will never find a home in Texas. Islam will never find a home in America because we're in revival and we choose today to serve the living God. 44. They'll lend money to you, but you'll not lend to them. Getting loans is a curse, according to the Bible. They will be the head and you will be the tail. Keep going. If you refuse, uh, all these will overtake you till they're destroyed. Now go to go to 46. 47? 48? No, this is good. 47, they're all good. If you do not serve the Lord your God with joy and enthusiasm for the abundant benefits you've received, what are you doing today? Did Brother BJ open with a slow song or a fast song? Because it's a command. I'll enter his gates with and come into his courts with. So you have now taken yourself off this list of people. Because with all your busyness and all the things you could be doing right now, you said, I'm not letting a week go by without going into the sanctuary and returning praise, telling God, thank you for all the benefits that I've received. I don't have to wonder if I'm gonna eat just what to eat, whether I'm gonna have liquid, just what liquid to drink. You have blessed me, and I serve you with joy in Jesus' name. 48. But if you won't do that, you'll serve your enemies, who the Lord will allow to be sent against you. You'll be left hungry, keep that scripture up, thirsty. So, according to the Bible, lack of food is not a sign of spiritual maturity, it's a curse. Lack of beverage is a curse. Lack of clothing is not a blessing, it's a curse. And lack, it would say lacking in everything. That's the curse. Lack is a curse. You will never hear me take an offering and say we need. You never have and you never will. I'm not in need. Neat, having a need is a curse. My God shall supply how many of my needs? The Lord is my shepherd. How much will I lack? How much? I refuse to speak against the Bible. So lack is a curse. Everybody say, I'm not under the curse. Now go to Galatians 3, 13 and 14. This is what I failed to get to last week, and I'm very close to failing to get it to this week. Part of what Christ did on the cross. See, if all they do is tell you he forgave your sins, they told you part of it. If they tell you he cleansed you of sin, that's part of it. And if it was the only parts, I'd still get saved. But there's more. Christ has redeemed us from all the curse of the law. What was Deuteronomy 28 that we were reading? You can talk, this isn't attention. We're not gonna kick you out. What is Deuteronomy 28 that we were reading? What was that a list of? The curse of curse of the law. So I read that because if you don't know what the curse of the law is, then you just skim over this verse. Christ has redeemed us from all the curse of the law, whatever that means. But then when you read this, wait a minute. So hungry, naked, thirsty, lacking in everything, planting much, harvesting little is part of the curse that I see all my countrymen under. But I'm not under the curse because Jesus broke that curse over my life. Christ has redeemed us from all the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the scriptures, cursed is everyone who's hung on a tree. 14. Through Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles, that's all non-Jews, with the same blessing that he promised to Abraham. So that we who are believers might receive the promised Holy Spirit by faith. So the cross broke the curse, and the cross established the blessing. Say out loud, I'm not under the curse. I am under the blessing. I'm showing you what I saw June 30th, 2012. I can never be poor. I don't care what the assemblies of God pays evangelists. I don't care what youth camps pay. I'm not limited to the provision of man. I have a spiritual covenant with God, and God will never fail to come through on his covenant with me. And I'm pleased to report 14 years later. I'm not full of cancer and bankrupt telling you I should have never wrote that. I'm getting stronger every day. I'm getting more blessed every day. My head is anointed with oil, and my cup is running over. And what God did for Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, He did for Jonathan, he did for Tiff, and he's doing for you right now. He's the God of all that belief. Let me see Deuteronomy 28, 1 to 14. So I showed you the part of the curse. Here's the blessing. Everybody say the blessing of Abraham. Let me call an audible. Do Galatians 3 26 to 29. Here's more of chapter 3. Then we'll read the blessing. I want to show you extra how you qualify for it. Galatians 3 26. For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27. And all who have been united with Christ in baptism have put on clothes, have put on Christ like putting on a new garment. Say, I'm wearing him. I mean that we're running after him. He'll never stop running after us. No, I'm wearing him. I'm in him, he's in me. Can you say amen? And all who have been united with Christ in baptism have put on Christ like a new garment. Hallelujah. 28. There is no longer Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus. And then super powerful. 29. And now that you belong to Christ, you are the true children of Abraham, you are his heirs, and everything God promised him belongs to you. It's in your account. And you put in a draw on that account by speaking by believing it in your heart, speaking it with your mouth, and taking appropriate steps. I'm going to tell you something. That million would have never come in if I did what I was supposed to do as a good Gentile pastor. Go straight to Wells Fargo or PNC, get a construction loan, put our office building that's worth 5.3 million up as an asset, is clearateral, get the loan and do it. There'd be nothing in it to use my faith. My wife wouldn't have been trotting around saying I'm putting a demand on the money because we would have gone to man and produced an Ishmael. You can go after the thing that you're supposed to have and do it man's way, and you get the result, but it's the wrong result. But you can do it supernaturally. You can let God open Sarah's womb and give you a miracle child. And what wasn't to be yours at all, God will do by a miracle, and it'll get talked about thousands of years after you've left the earth. I see you forging a powerful testimony for your family, and it only takes one person in a family to Enough is enough. Was prosperity established in the old covenant? Yes. Deuteronomy 28, 1 to 14. Pastor Abraham, I'm gonna have you read it because I won't be able to read it without stopping. And I need to go. 28, 1 to 14. You hear real.
SPEAKER_01If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully keep all his commands that I'm giving you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the world. You will experience all these blessings. Your towns and your fields will be blessed. Your children and your crops will be blessed. The offspring of your herds and flocks will be blessed. Your fruit baskets and breadbods will be blessed. Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be blessed. The Lord will conquer your enemies when they attack you. They will attack you from one direction, but they will scatter from you in seven. The Lord will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he has given you. If you obey the commands of the Lord your God and walk in his ways, the Lord will establish you as his holy people, as he swore he would do. Then all the nations of the world will see that you are a people claimed by the Lord, and they will stand in awe of you. The Lord will give you prosperity in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you blessing, blessing you with many children, numerous livestock, and abandoned crops. The Lord will send rain at the proper time from abandoned crop.
SPEAKER_03So in the curse, in the curse, you plant much and harvest little, but in the blessing, you're shouting.
SPEAKER_01If you listen to these commands of the Lord your God that I'm giving you today, you'll lend to many nations, but you won't borrow from them.
SPEAKER_03In the middle of this revival, what do you why do you think the money system is getting shaken up? This is not a pro-Trump rally. But if you're wondering what's happening, America, in the midst of this revival, is going from a debtor nation to a lending nation. The spirit of mammon's getting ripped out of the U.S. money supply, and the people of America are in an economic revival because America decided not to turn to Islam, but to turn to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Brother Abraham, come up here if you would, please. This doesn't work in Africa, though. This is an American gospel. It has work.
SPEAKER_01Hallelujah.
unknownWhere are you from?
SPEAKER_01I'm from Ghana.
unknownDoes it not work there?
SPEAKER_01It works there. It works there. As a matter of fact, there's a denomination, a Pentecostal denomination in Ghana, that at one point the government of Ghana wanted to take loan from them because of how blessed they are.
SPEAKER_03What about you? Did it work for you? Did the blessing work for you?
unknownDid God say, I'm sorry, you're after me.
SPEAKER_01It worked for me. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. It worked for me. As a matter of fact, I came to this country as a college student with$500 in my pocket.$300 I spent on books.$200 was all I had to my name. But I'm not sitting here today wondering what wondering about what to eat. I have a Rolex that was given on. I have a Rolex.
SPEAKER_03Do you know where that Rolex came from? He was with me and he said, My friend is is building a church in Ghana. It's$12,000. He had saved up that money for a future wedding and emptied his account to build his friend's church in Ghana. The next church we went to, the pastor kept asking me, Is Abraham with you? I said, No. Second day. Is Abraham with you? He was. I said, so I didn't I didn't know why I never had anybody ask that before. I was like, I'm not like keeping him from here. He has he's running errands. He said, let me know when he's back. I said, okay. So I said, hey, the pastor wants to see you. Not me. Not my wife. I've never heard of a pastor sowing a Rolex to the assistant of the preacher. But I only got two arms anyway. Praise God. That guy said, When I saw you, the Lord spoke to me to give you my Rolex. No one knew. God knows. Seed reproduces after its kind. What you make happen for others, God makes happen for you. You are living proof. This is not a black gospel or a white gospel. It's the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's not an American gospel. It's Deuteronomy 28. It's Luke 6. It's 2 Corinthians 8, 9. It'll work in the Middle East. It'll work in Africa. And it'll work in Phoenix, Arizona. Now, I'm going to deal with two things and then I'm going to close. 1211. Anybody getting anything out of this? Now, if this was a revival meeting, I'd have closed 10 minutes ago because it was on fire. But I want to solidify the doctrine. Now, I had a chat with ChatGPT last week when I was flying from Nevada down to here. And I was researching this and it said that's called the controversial prosperity message. I said, What's controversial about it? Is it not in the Bible? And it said, no, it is in the Bible, but it's in the Old Testament and it's not clearly re-established in the New Testament. I said two things. Number one, according to proper Bible interpretation, if something is established in the Old Covenant, does it have to be re-established in the New Covenant or does it have to be done away with in the New Covenant? She said, done away with. For example, why don't we do blood blood of bulls and goats? It's done away with, not like with a verse, it's three chapters in Hebrews about the superiority of the blood of Jesus, specifically canceling out bulls and goats. How come we can eat shrimp now? Because Acts 10. Peter saw a vision three times. Don't call food unclean that I have cleansed. What's another one? What else am I missing? There's a third major one of like something that you couldn't do in the old covenant that now you can, and vice versa. I have it in the notes. So then so she's like, no, you're right. But the problem is, this was her second objection, which she's pulling from reformed sources. She said, um, but you don't see everybody blessed in the New Testament. You have some people that are rich, like Lydia, you have some people that have their needs met, like Paul, and you have some that are poor, like the Macedonians. To which I replied, according to proper Baptist Bible interpretation, their rules. Can a story override what's plainly written? Or can a story never override what's plainly written? What do I mean by that? Can you, with proper Bible interpretation, say that God said, don't commit adultery, but David committed adultery and he was a man after God's own heart. So can you do that? Is that proper Bible interpretation? Because David committed adultery, it's okay? No. So why does it tell you David committed adultery? Because the Bible isn't the Koran. The Quran makes everybody into a superhero. But in the Bible, it tells you David committed adultery. It tells you that Elijah got tired and wanted to die. It tells you sacrificial system, that's the other one, circumcision. Circumcision specifically, that you don't have to be circumcised to be a Christian. Paul dealt with it in Galatia, it's dealt with an X on down the line. So it has to be done away with. Then you can't use the experiences of people in the Bible to negate what God plainly said. Let me see Exodus 23, 25. These are rules of proper Bible interpretation. Do you know one of the reasons I'm teaching this? Not just to solidify it, but you're gonna get excited here and go home, and some nitwit from some dead church is gonna have that prosperity message. And I don't want anybody here to think that you have to make a decision that, well, Jonathan might not really teach the Bible right, but I just like it there. No, we have it right. I told a guy, there's a Baptist guy. I get along with Baptists, I get along with everybody except that one guy in the airplane hanger. And uh and a couple other people, I guess. The crowd is suggesting people. Um these Baptist guys want to take a field trip to come see our church because of how quick it grew in Pittsburgh and the money. And the guy that's leading the field trip for the pastors, he said, all these Baptist guys watch you and discuss you, but they're scared to come to your meeting. He said, I said, I can tell you why they're scared. It's not because of tongues, it's not because of anything, it's because they know if they listen to me preach, I'm right. I'm not saying I had a dream last night that God wants me blessed, or piecing a couple scriptures together like the Mormons do, that Jesus said there's other sheep, and it means blonde people in Utah. I got Bible, lots of Bible. If you're a rich man and won't get into heaven, then Abraham's in hell, Isaac's in hell, Jacob's in hell, David's in hell. Jesus had plenty of resources. Do you know how much it costs to feed 5,000 men, not counting the women and children? And everybody eating to a full? He was a resource-producing machine. Can you say amen? You must serve only the Lord your God. And if you do, I'll bless you with food and water, and I'll protect you from illness. 26. There will be no miscarriages or infertility in your land, and I will give you long, everybody say long, full. So not just you live a long time in your last 15 years, or you like having people, hey, you're in Scottsdale. Oh. It would say long, full life. Let me see Exodus 15, 22 to 26. Then Moses led the people of Israel away from the Red Sea. They moved out to the desert of Shore. They traveled in this desert for three days without finding any water. Keep going. When they came to the oasis of Mara, the water was too bitter to drink. So they called the place Mara, which means bitter. 24. Then the people complained and turned against Moses. What are we going to drink? They demanded. So Moses cried out to the Lord for help. And the Lord showed him a piece of wood. Dio Moody said that wood represents the cross. Moses threw the wood in the water, because you don't throw wood. If a kid, if a kid poops in the pool at the public pool, they don't say, Everyone out of the pool, then take a two by four and go. All right, we're good. Everybody back in the pool. No, everybody says supernatural. Moses threw it into the water and this made the water good to drink. It was there at Mara that the Lord set before them the following decree as a standard to test their faithfulness to him. 26. He said, if you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and keeping all his decrees, I will not allow you to suffer any of the diseases that sent on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord that heals you. Which I'm not preaching on healing today, but the healing covenant is not God will heal you when you get sick. It's I won't allow sickness to come upon you. I preached 307 times last year. Never canceled for sickness, never had to battle through sickness. God is a healer, God is a blesser, God will give you joy, God will give you peace. You will experience, not some, you'll experience all these blessings. Let me see another one. Let me see Psalm 103, 1 to 5. These services at Revival Today Arizona go way too long. They're not going to go this long anymore, but not today. Let all that I am praise the Lord. With my whole heart, I'll praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the Lord. May I never forget the good things he does for me. Who what are the good things he does? What else? What else? What else? What else? What else? So beyond healing, there's renewing of youth. A Holy Ghost-filled Christian at 80 looks different than a sinner at 80. A Holy Ghost-filled Christian at 80 looks better than a sinner at 52. Those rock stars looked great when they were 28. But you look at them at 70, they look like they survived a bomb blast and barely. But a Christian has their youth renewed. Oral Roberts was preaching with no stool, with ears the size of satellite dishes, speaking sharp, full head of hair, perfectly tailored tooth, because God will renew your youth as your days are. So shall your strength be. You're receiving the full blessing of God today in Arizona. I flew here on a mission to tell the people of God you might look like everybody else, but you're not like everybody else. Hallelujah! No more clapping, please. Please be seated. Pretend you're Episcopalian for just 10 minutes so I can get through this. Hallelujah. Number one. So, so okay, so I reread these healing scriptures. Can that all be written? And so we didn't even read Psalm 91 and a bunch of other stuff. Can that all be written? And you read that Paul said, and I left trophis sick at miletus? And say that that statement cancels out all this? You can if you want. Just like you can tell me I can't land my plane after midnight and I'll land anyway. But you're wrong. Proper Bible interpretation. You can't take a story and cancel out what God said out of his mouth. The Bible says don't commit adultery. So you can use Bible characters when you preach who lived holy to amplify what God said, but you certainly can't take one that committed adultery and say, see, that's what everybody does that's in sin. David committed adultery. Okay, great. Use that as your the one mistake. That's the devil talking. How can that guy sitting on that stool, which first of all, if you preach from a stool, you're already like one step from hell, something's wrong. If you're not over a hundred years old and you got to sit down to preach, something's wrong. You don't even have enough unction. I can't even talk Bible on the phone with people without pacing around. How can that guy not hear the words that are coming out of his mouth and realize he's been taken captive? Now, I'm not against that guy. I'm not saying this to curse him. I am telling you from someone that's a preacher's kid that's been in church for 45 years. When you check up on that guy, five years or ten years from now, there's almost a 0% chance. You know what an old preacher told me one time? He said, I've seen people come back from everything: homosexuality, drug addiction, affairs, adultery, uh uh, well, you name it. The only thing, this is the the overseer of a movement, the only thing my wife and I have never seen anyone come back from is when they start parting company with the Bible. Because now there's no, you have cut away the rescue line that can bring you out. I have seen that guy, I'm not gonna put words in Brother BJ's mouth or his wife's, but they've been in the ministry a long time. Sister Putnam's a preacher's kid. Any preacher's kid, I've seen that guy in a hundred different iterations. It always goes the same way. That wife, that marriage won't stay together. Everything will break down when you turn against the word of God. But on the flip side, when you side with the word of God, everything begins to flourish. Everything begins to blossom. They can do what they did to Joseph and falsely accuse you and throw you in prison. You end up head of the prison. Your brothers can sell you into slavery. You end up living in the guy's house and prospering like he does. You cannot curse who God has blessed. And you are blessed in Jesus' name. If you receive it, clap your hands one more time to the Lord. All right, let's write the doctrine down. Number one, the New Testament explicitly says the blessing continues. Galatians 3, 13 and 14. Number two, the New Testament never calls prosperity abolished, ended, or no longer promised. It does with the sacrificial system in Hebrews, circumcision is a covenant marker in Galatians, and dietary boundary markers in Acts 10 and Romans 14. But it never says material blessing is now off limits or poverty is now holier. Number three, Jesus did not teach poverty as a virtue or holiness. Give us our bread, our daily bread. Bread is not symbolic, it means provision. Number four, Deuteronomy 28's curse and blessing categories don't get reversed in the New Testament. Under the law, poverty and lack are consistently part of cursed conditions, while abundance is part of blessing conditions. The New Testament never flips that and says, now lack is the blessing and abundance is the curse. Instead, it says, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. If lack was part of a curse, redemption includes freedom from that domain. Can you say amen? Number five, the New Testament actively reaffirms multiplication. 2 Corinthians 9 10. Now may he who multiply seed to the sower and bread to the eater supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness. Let me see Amplified Classic. As it is written, and God who provides seed for the sower and bread for eating will also provide and multiply your resources for sowing. Say this: once I become a sower, God will always make sure I have something to sow. God knew when he gave me that million-dollar check that that girl would get her rent paid. God knew that pastor would get his salary. God knows he can get it through me. I don't damn it up. And if you become somebody God can get heaven's provision through, you'll never lack a day in your life. And I tell you a second day, you will never lack again in Jesus' mighty name. Bread for eating will also provide and multiply your resources for sowing and increase the fruits of your righteousness, which manifests itself in active goodness, kindness, and charity. Eleven. Thus you will be enriched in how many things? And in every way, so that you can be generous. And your generosity, as it is, administered by us, will bring forth thanksgiving to God. What does that mean? What was that lady doing that called me Bishop Johnson Shuttleworth? We didn't approach her and said, Can you please testify? She went and found Ben and said, Let me tell everybody what happened since he's given the value. And I just want to thank God for doing that. Your generosity will cause people to thank God. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Number six, the New Testament teaches God's will includes prosperity. Third John 2. Beloved, I would above all things that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. So it deals with all three categories. It's not well, it means spiritual prosperity. No, I pray that the same way you're prospering in your spirit, it'll manifest in health and it'll manifest in prosperity of resources. Number uh seven. For number seven, now that they have the full clip. Watch, go ahead. This is why you prosper. I know you're holding a baby. Let me see your one hand. God's gonna help you with a place to live and income. All the warnings you got from people, some people encouraged you not to have that baby. Pause. She ran to the pastor after the service. I was already gone. And said, How did he know that people told me to have an abortion? I don't know. I just say whatever I feel in my old gut. Speaking of which, you want to hear something crazy? I picked up that million-dollar check, went to the FBO. There was a strange share this. There was a strange screaming sound on top of the um airplane hangar that we had to walk by to get to my plane. The security guard was with me. Right? Abraham was, I have witnesses. Camila's with me. It sounded like a kid getting strangled. So I said to the guy, you're five stories up. I said, It sounds like a kid getting strangled up there. What is that? You know, I don't know. I went, Jeffrey Epstein, is that you? And the guy's eyes got this big, and he went, You know his jets in there? True or false? And he wasn't supposed to show me, but he was so freaked out because he thought I knew, because I'm wearing a suitie. I think something like CIA or something. He went, want to see it? He took his badge and scanned it, and there was the Lolita. I don't know what that was. But that's called, see, I just let it flow. So I thought I was making a joke, but I was walking by the plane that was in the building that you're not supposed to know is there. Can you say amen? Oh yeah. And then uh with her, same thing. Just I'm just saying what's coming out of my belly. Hey, as I'm walking to the platform, just grab her arm. People told you you're not supposed to have that baby. Keep going. And just let it flow. Because you listen to God and have the child, the Lord's gonna take care of you and the child. In Jesus' name. Praise God. Do you live with somebody or do you have your own place? What's the rent? I'll pay the uh next year for you. I'll pay March through February. Yeah. Praise God. I'm glad they didn't show her because we'd have blurred her out anyway. She collapsed. And what did she do? Lift her hands to hell. Thank you for the provision, Satan. Without anybody telling her. Thank you, Jesus. Because the blessing comes from God. Now I'm gonna tell you something. In order to put communism in a nation, you have to get people to depend on the state. So the state has an interest in Christians believing they're to be poor because then people have to look to the government as their help. But when the church takes its rightful place, like it did in America, where there wasn't even any federal taxes, they didn't need all the stuff the government tells you we need them for, we don't need them for any of it. You think we can't build roads? The state of Pennsylvania didn't plow us out when there was that snowstorm. Our church people with their own plows plowed it out. What about hospitals? How many, how many, look, open your eyes and look how many hospitals are called? Holy Spirit Healthcare, First Baptist, uh Methodist Hospital, uh UPMC in Pittsburgh that was started by a Presbyterian pastor's wife. When you let Christians prosper, the country prospers. When you make, every time you hear this, you're listening to a devil. We should pay our fair share. What's your fair share of what we've earned? And the money never gets to the people. But God is raising up a new generation of Abraham's, Isaacs, and Jacobs that will bypass the system of mammoth and bless a hurting world. If you see yourself that way, let God hear your mighty hand clap one final time. Number seven, was it done away with? No. There's nowhere in the New Covenant it was done away with. Number eight, the New Testament warns about sin and covetousness, not blessing. It warns against trusting in riches, loving money, greed, being arrogant, but it also instructs believers to be generous from having, 1 Timothy 6, 18. And work so that they have to give. Ephesians 4.28. Let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give to him who is in need. Did you know that was in the Bible? Work hard so that you have more than enough so you can be a blessing to people that are in need. And if you don't do that, then you vote for people that are pro-abortion, pro-transgender surgeries, so that they can help people. But I don't need any help from any republic. You know I went to the White House four times last year. These preachers were ticking me off so much. What's President Trump going to do to help us? I said to the fourth one, I said, since when did President Trump become God? He's paving the way so that you don't get thrown in court for preaching. It's your job to trust God. You should be saying, What can I do to be a blessing to America? Not what can America do to be a blessing to me. Because if you don't, you'll be a severely disappointed human being. You'll be waiting for the next president your whole life. There's people that voted hardcore for Trump that are huge Trump fans, and they're in the same exact economic condition two years later than they were when Biden was in. Because it's not a leader that changes things. You have to grab the thing by the horns by your covenant and say, I determine to prosper. Can you say amen? Number nine, the New Testament warns about sin, not blessing. Let him labor, working with his hands, what is good, so he may have something to give to those that are in need. Number nine. The New Testament never presents poverty as a spiritual ideal for the church. If poverty were the ideal, it would be taught as a virtue to pursue. Instead, Scripture commands generosity and provision, so needs are met. Philippians 4.19. And my God shall supply how many of your needs? I want you to lift your hands off that scripture. If the Bible says that, and it's not the only place, the Lord is my shepherd I shall not lack. Jehovah Jirah, the God who meets my needs. Say this from your heart. Heavenly Father, I thank you that as I follow Christ and obey his word, I will never lack. I will never play from behind. You fill my storehouses with grain. I'm blessed in the city. Blessed in the field. Blessed when I go out. Blessed when I come back in. The Lord is making a way for me. Where there is no way. Streams in the desert. In Jesus' name. You know, there's a guy that runs a website called Prophets and Watches. Has anybody ever seen it on Instagram? He photographs people preaching and tells how much their watch is worth. I've been on there before. If you look at him recently, there's several times where people attacked me and now he defends me. Want to know why? Went to the hospital. Guess who paid his bills? He wrote back, Why are you doing this? I wrote, because I'm a Christian. I've never had anyone do this. Even people I know aren't helping me. I said, sorry to hear it, but I'm not somebody you know. So now these prosperity priests, he writes, they're not all bad. That's right. When people hear prosperity, when people hear prosperity, they think they're gonna hear some hard offering. You don't have that here. I probably have erred in Arizona by not really teaching on it because I just want to, I don't enjoy taking offerings, even though I know what needs to be done. And I just wanted to make a place that's like great to receive a move of God, but you're being a dis doing the people a disservice if you leave any area undone. I'm slow to do it because most people, if they hear a message like this, it's always with a capital campaign or to raise money. This is not a message to raise money, this is a message. See, when you get this word in you, I give you an instruction as your pastor. The same way I forcefully spoke to that man in the airplane hangar. When someone says something like, they don't promote people in this company. You go, not me. There's no the air, the economy in Arizona is rough. Not for me. This word puts a forceful resistance in you that I live in this world, but my life is not governed by the ebbs and flows of this world. My life is governed by God. I am somebody. Okay, now say this with me. I am someone who pays for private school for other people's children. I help people. I'm like my father Abraham. Put the picture up of us running that Christmas. Uh you might not have the pictures because I didn't take any pictures. When the when I when I took$20,000 of my own money, not church money, and and gave Christmas gifts to all the kids in this poor this bad part of Pittsburgh, and I said, because the Lord told me, I went through the gangs, not the city. I said, tell the gang members that I don't trust the city to get it to the people, so I want to use them because I trust them. Well, they were there and they're matching red hats. And they talked to me. We've never heard about anybody doing this before. Thank you. Where's your church? I never invited them to church. They invited themselves. We'll come one time. So then they came. I got a word for one of them. I said, You're a leader of men. Men have always listened to you. And now God's gonna redeem that gift, and you're gonna start leading many men to do what's right. They're gonna get those pictures. There they are. They all came to the altar that day to receive Jesus Christ. Now, by the way, there's my there's our pilot after flying all night that came to church without me inviting him. See, it's an attractive ministry. The pilots are treated well. The pilots told me about other preachers they flew that still haven't paid them. They said, your checks clear so much that one time there was a hold on your American Express card for fraud. We filled it up with our own money because we're that sure that you'll pay us back. The guy at the airplane hangar gave that guy a formal warning because he said, You're the only people that I never have to wonder if your checks clear. See, I didn't buy into, I'm a preacher, can you give me help? Can I get a discount on my haircut? I'm a minister. I bought into, what do you need? I wish I could show you on Cash App how much I've given my barber. You could live for a year on what I pay for haircuts. Because for me, I don't say you're a Christian, so can I get it for free? I think if I pay people I don't know and you and I know you and I like you, and I like your family, why wouldn't I use this haircut as an opportunity to give you$2,000 or$1,000? I'm not here looking for a deal. I am here carrying an overflowing cup to be a blessing. Now, can I tell you something? There will be women in this room that have a school named after you before it's all said and done. There will be women in this church that have a crisis pregnancy center that you paid for with your own money. There are men in this place that will become a solution by yourself. What the Democrat Party can't do, what the Republican Party refuses to do. God will empower you. If you get it in your heart, God will put it in your hand. Now keep that up. Those gangsters help me. The mayor showed up in the middle of the thing. One of them texted the mayor. He said, They told me you're paying for this with your own money, not church money. I said, Yeah. He said, Why? I said, I'm a Christian. He said, Yeah, but there's lots of pastors here. I said, I don't know. You'd have to ask them. I'm about to take, I told him, I said, I'm about to take my family to Las Vegas and Arizona. I'm going to spend a ton of money for Christmas. And before I do that for my family, I'm going to do something for kids that aren't going to have a good Christmas. Because that's what Jesus would do. See yourself as Christ. Say, He is the head. I am the body. I can't picture Jesus asking for help. I never see it in the Bible. He didn't steal the kids' bread and fish, eat five fish sandwiches, and run off. He was always needing needs. Your wife's in the hospital, I'll be there. Kids in this section of pitch where don't have gifts, I'll be there shortly. People need surgeries in Nigeria, I'm coming with 200,000. And everything we did in the natural, you think you're building a church, boy, it'd be great to have that money back. But 200 turned into a million. And then you give, when I give to that girl for the apartment, who knows how that's going to manifest? Cast your blood upon the water, for it shall return to you in many days. You are changing economic levels today. You will never be poor. You will lift other people out of poverty. I started an account, a separate account for my pay to go into. It's called the Jonathan Shuttlesworth Foundation, and it's just to pay people's medical bills and stuff. Just so I have a dedicated account to do it. I saw myself as rich June 30th, 2012, when I was poor. I saw it in the Bible. And once you see it in the Bible, nobody can back you off of it. I'm not poor. When I got around other preachers, I was 31 back then. You know, you're just a young evangelist, you know, there's not much money in evangelism. I said, speak for yourself, brother. Yeah, but look at your car. I know. Stick with me a little while. Just like if you stick with that guy speaking against the word, it's gonna go down. You stick with somebody that's with the Bible, one church turns to two, two turns to three, three turns to four, uh uh uh. One church, one, uh, uh, two, two churches, uh uh uh. Two turns into four in one year. Plane comes along. Hallelujah. What do I care that they preach against you for having a jet? They used to preach against preachers that owned horses. What's he spending all that money on a horse for? Then they preach against preachers that had cars. That's a fact. Then they're preaching about, you know, the last guy that told me why do you have a jet as a preacher? I said, you want to have an argument over 60-year-old technology? Why don't we argue about how I have a phone? Why don't we argue about how I have underpants? I'm sorry you're trapped in the past. What are you doing? A right brother? Everybody has jets. Don't tell me the diamondbacks can have one and the preachers of the gospel didn't. And then I want to ask you this: if you give me a plane, then I take more vacations or did one church turn into four? If John Wesley can start 800 churches on a horse, if you give me a three-engine jet, I'm gonna make the devil sorry he didn't kill me when he had the chance. And that's gonna be your story. I see you coming out now. I see you making kingdom impact now. Amazed by the blessing, amazed by the blessing, amazed by the blessing, amazed by the blessing. We don't want to sell drugs, we're gonna go wanna be with you. Yeah, so then I asked the big guy, Division I football, and would have gone to NFL if he didn't get injured. He came back and waited after for me an hour. There was a bunch of people talking to me. He says, Hey, I want to say thanks for doing this, church. I really like it here. I said, How come you're not involved yet? He said, What do you mean? I said, uh, can you tell? Do you have an ability to tell if someone's a bad person that means harm? Oh yeah. I said, then I need you on security. I said, a lot of these people have been saved so long they assume the best of everyone. I need someone that assumes the worst. He grinned on one side of his face. Then I got the other side to come. I said, I need somebody that if there's a shady looking person working outside the children's ministry, you put them where they have to get fed through a tube. Oh, yeah, I'd like that. And I said, This is Butch, our head usher in Pittsburgh. Butch, made acquaintance. I said, and then just be here and keep your eye on people. I said, You saw those people storm that church in Minnesota? And before I could even finish anyway, it'll never happen here. I said, That's right. I preach, you kill. Amen. Hallelujah. It'll be a cold day in hell if somebody tries to get in this building and we're all holding our children. They'll leave soon. If they came in here, I'd tell the ushers, lock the doors. Don't let any of them out till we're done. We got enough people in here. We'd mess them up cartel ways, black gang ways, redneck ways, all kinds of ways. Because there's a new church being birthed in America that's not looking to bow to the devil, not looking to fly under the radar. We are the blessed people of God, and the devil might not like it, but he can't stop it. One more time, clap your hands under the Lord. Be blessed, be blessed, be blessed, be blessed, be blessed, say something out loud. As fast as the cost of living is increasing. My blessing is increasing faster. Say what the Bible says. Say, I can never be poor. I'll never be broke. All my needs are supplied. I have an abundance to bless a hurting world. In Jesus' name. Now, be seated, and I want to play. This is not to lead up for this. You can leave anytime you want, and you, I'm not checking who gives in the offering. But I am telling you, April 5th, 2026, we are going to have built out one of the ten largest full gospel churches from Pennsylvania to Maine in the United States. And if this is a special time to sow, that will be gone after Resurrection Sunday. You will never find a quicker return on your giving than when you build a house for God. We've had so many people get saved. I mean, you can tell pack the places there. There's no room. I got two lawsuits in Pittsburgh. My my one pilot last night told me about a lawsuit that he's in. He said, Of course, you don't have to worry about that. You're a preacher. I said, I was in, I mean, I'm in two lawsuits right now. I was in court, in court in Pittsburgh all the time last year. Oh, yeah, for the church. Too many people. We're the only thing in five years that they've counted the amount of heads that come in. They haven't done it to one restaurant, they haven't done it to anything, just the church. They don't know what to do with me. They wrote us, we might fine you a thousand dollars a day. Wrote back. Would you like 365,000 up front? I know you're used to dealing with little poor schmucks, but I'm not one of them. And if you think I'm shutting the church down and reducing the amount of people that come to the altar, you can well, since we're being videos, we'll keep it there. Hallelujah. Money is a defense. The Bible says in Ecclesiastes. Find the scripture that Solomon wrote if you would. Money answers all things. You want to think that's in the Bible, but it sounds Ecclesiastes 10-ish. But I can't remember the verse. Money answers all things. Obviously, it has to be in bounds with the rest of Scripture. You can't give any amount in exchange for your soul. Ecclesiastes, money answereth all things. King James. A feast is for laughter, wine makes merry, and money answers everything. Do you know what that means? That means if you're on government assistance and you tell the doctor you don't want your kid to get a vaccine, they report you to child services and mess with you. If you got money, they leave you alone. My friend Jesse DuPlanis, when they were trying to run him out of New Orleans, said, Let's go to court, and I promise you, your city will run out of money before I do. People aren't used to dealing with people like that. Abraham had it, Isaac had it, Jacob had it, David had it, and they had it by the blessing of God. Abraham was 70 years old living in his father's house. He had nothing. And within one chapter, God had prospered him, and the same blessing that was on him belongs to all that are in Christ Jesus. We are building a headquartered church that you're a part of that's gonna be a light and a major problem to the powers of hell. It's a building that's gonna run Islam out of the country, it's a building that's gonna facilitate the revival that's underway. This is where we're at. This is five days ago. Go ahead. The final will be about three thousand seats. I'm gonna give you an opportunity as we receive the tithes and offerings. But it is, it's an opportunity to get involved in the work of the Lord. And uh, I don't want anybody to give anything unless you're gonna do it, like the Bible says, in faith and with joy and enthusiasm. Where I'm I'm not doing this because, okay, you convinced me, Reverend. You talked about it for two hours if you need the money. No, no, no. I'm taking my best and giving it to the Lord, knowing that what I do, the windows of heaven open and pour out a blessing over my life that I'll never have enough room to take it all in. I think I'm gonna be back next week. Because I want to talk. Man, normal, normally they boo. Thank you. Thank you. The way you were staring at me, I couldn't tell if you liked me or not. I'm I'm glad. Because this is important. Now, you don't don't encourage me. I'm gonna let you go either way. How many of you see it as a doctrine now? It's not God can bless. Just like it's not God can heal. Say healing belongs to me. Say peace belongs to me. Say prosperity belongs to me.
unknownProsperity belongs to me.
SPEAKER_03Sure it does. Now all the gimmicks that prosperity preachers get accused of doing, and many of them do it, you're not going to hear it tonight. Now, everybody that gives a thousand dollars, this blessing's gonna come to you. You're never gonna hear that. Let each man give as he's directed by the Spirit, not reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves a cheerful giver. That phase one is 900,000. That million went to that, and now we have a second 900,000 to finish the phase two. And um, everyone can't give a million, but clearly, we've had six that have. So I'm not putting pressure if you can't give what you don't have, but there's people like me. We gave 5.3 million to other ministries last year. You know, think of the other great part of blessing. When someone gives you a million dollars to your ministry, what's my tithe just off of that? What is it? 100,000. So I'm gonna send that to another ministry and they're gonna call and say, Why'd you do that? I say it's my tithe. I tithed off a thousand, I tithed off a hundred thousand. God knows if he gives me a hundred million, the ten million are going to someone's not, no, that's a lot of money to give to another minute. No, no, no. It's God's. Can you say amen? So just give whatever the Lord would have you to give. If you're watching online, we've been having about a thousand people watch at a time just on YouTube. So, um, and you're able to do that. If you want to give a million, same deal stands. I feel like there's gonna be four more people that do it, and I'll fly and pick it up if you'd like. If you don't really care for me, you can just write no, I'll mail it. I don't want to meet him. It's like me, I want to play Xbox. I would just mail it. But uh then I'll say thank you to everyone that gives. Revivaltoday.com, you click give now. If you're watching all over the world, you're all welcome. April 5th, 2026. It's gonna be an awesome day. An awesome Easter. It might even be better than the original Resurrection Sunday. Because as great as it was that Jesus rose from the dead, it wasn't a great day for the disciples because they just got yelled at because they wouldn't believe the women that told him he's alive. But I'm not gonna rebuke anyone, we're just gonna have a party. Amen? RevivalToday.com, you could give now. Zell, Venmo, PayPal, hashtag donate, Apple Pay. I mean, I really feel like I feel like our church is even having an effect on the Pittsburgh Pirates. They spent the most money they've ever spent in the offseason in their history. I think they're jealous of us and are trying to keep up. Revival Today P.O. Box 7, Prosperity, Pennsylvania, 15329. If you want to mail a check, watch it online. Give you a second to do that. Were you blessed today? Did anybody hear anything that like shifted something in how you think? You did? What did you hear? In the blonde hair and glasses. That's right. You have a great spirit, you know. I might have you lay hands on me before I go back to that airplane hanging. No. Trust me, when we have to give an account for every idle word, you'll be there a lot less time than I will be. Anybody else hear anything that helped their mind a little bit today? When it comes to money? Just because, you know, it's like healing. Healing's in the Bible. It doesn't mean you have to sign off on everybody that says they have a healing ministry that acts nuts, clothes lines, people to knock the cancer out of them and stuff. You don't have to sign off on that. And you don't have to sign off on people who say they believe in prosperity that err live immoral lives. But don't let a bad person spoil you from something that's really in the Bible. Anybody ever got food poisoning at a restaurant before? Did you stop going to restaurants? No. Find it. Exactly. She made the point. She said, to that one I did. Yes. If someone's bad, get away from their ministry, but find someone that has the real thing. And I'm going to tell you which we should do with all the major ministries that have collapsed in the first two months of this year. You won't hear that about my father. You won't hear that about me. You would never anybody ever met my wife? You wouldn't hear Jonathan had an affair. You'd hear preacher shot 53 times. And when they interviewed her, they'd say, Why'd you shoot him 53 times? She'd say, I ran out of bullets. We don't do that. I'm not going to, for all the crap you might have to put up with going to this church and people just saying it's a call, whatever they're going to say. You're not going to get embarrassed. Everybody we put here, it's why I don't have a campus pastor yet. I'm taking a while and I'm taking extra time after these ministry collapse in the beginning of the year because I'm not putting some jabroni in here. If you speak New Jersey Italian, you understand that, and that's it. Who's going to mess up? And sex, youth group students, and stuff. I'm not doing that. But I'm going to get the right person in here like we have the other places. What was attendance today? 218. Back up over 200. Yeah, I'm going to come back next week. I'm very honored. But I want to tell you, you also have a commitment for me that my full heart and force is behind Revival Today, Arizona. This place will have a campus pastor, this place will have a youth pastor, children's ministry, permanent building. Thank you for some understanding that we're 11 months old. But this church is doing great. And I look forward to being here on Saturday. It's like I feel like I'm in my living room with people I want to be in my living room telling them about the Bible. And I love you. And together we're going to have the second year. It's going to exponentially blow out the first year. Can you say amen? Every head bowed, every eye closed. One sip of water. Real quick, open your eyes and look up again. Do you know what? Do you want to know what Camila said to me? It made me laugh so hard. We're staying in the hotel together last week. She went to iron something and she popped open the Fiji water in the hotel that's like$9 to fill the iron up. I said, Camila, just use the tap. Why are you using the Fiji water? She went, didn't they do atomic testing there in World War II? Yeah, that's a good point. Put it in the iron. Let's not drink it. I don't know how she knows that, but she'd made a very good case for not drinking it. Every head bowed, every eye closed. Everything we preach today centers around your Abrahamic blessing through your covenant with God, which you can only come into by faith in Jesus Christ. If life is a struggle, if nothing goes right, if it's calamity and disaster instead of prosperity, make Jesus your shepherd. The first thing he said in Psalm 23:1, the Lord is your my shepherd, I shall not lack. Money, peace, housing, food, clothing. Why do you think the Lord spoke to me so forcefully about that lady at that church in South Carolina? She doesn't, she has a worry about where to stay. Solve it. I don't want her thinking about where she's going to live. Then, you know, people are tempted to compromise. Then some boyfriend says, You can come live with me, doesn't serve the Lord, and people need a place to stay for their baby, and out they go. The devil controls by money. The blessing takes that control away from the devil, and you serve the Lord and enjoy his benefits. If you're here, I want you to ask yourself something. This is not spooky or scary. This is powerful. Have you ever publicly given your life to Jesus Christ before? I'm going to pray, and it would be my honor on this Saturday to pray with you and get your name in the Lamb's Book of Life and get you into covenant with God. If you say, Jonathan, when you pray today, I want you to pray with and for me. Just put your hand up and wave it at me. I want to pray for you and with you right now. I want to receive Christ. I see your hand. Who else? I want to come all the way into covenant with God. No half in, half out. As for me and my house, we're going to serve the Lord. If you lift your hand, stand up. I'm going to pray with you. You see your hand? Say this out loud. Heavenly Father, I've come to you today to turn my back on sin. I believe in my heart you raised Jesus from the dead. I confess with my mouth, Jesus is Lord and my Savior. Right now, I receive forgiveness by the blood of Jesus. I am saved. In Jesus' name. Amen.
